1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Shruchin ToolTree. By accessing or using our website (shruchintooltree.com) and any of its tools, services or features (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and Shruchin ToolTree ("we", "us", "our").

2. Description of the Service

Shruchin ToolTree provides a free suite of browser-based online tools including, but not limited to: image cropping, compression, resizing, format conversion; QR code generation; password generation; JSON formatting; Base64 encoding/decoding; color picking; text utilities; and age calculators. All tools operate client-side — meaning they run inside your browser and do not upload your files or content to our servers.

3. Eligibility

To use Shruchin ToolTree, you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Shruchin ToolTree for your personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by us.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service or its source code without prior written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code, except as allowed by law
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service in a manner that disrupts service or exceeds reasonable use
• Attempt to bypass security features, rate limits, or access controls
• Use the Service to build a competing product without our permission

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Shruchin ToolTree for any unlawful, harmful, or objectionable purpose, including but not limited to:

• Violating any applicable local, national or international law or regulation
• Uploading, processing or generating content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others
• Generating passwords, QR codes, or other outputs intended to be used in fraud, phishing, unauthorized access, or any illegal activity
• Distributing malware, viruses, worms, trojans or any other malicious code
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt or overload the Service or its infrastructure
• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity
• Harassing, abusing or harming another person through use of our tools

We reserve the right to terminate access, remove content, or take any other action we deem appropriate at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content on Shruchin ToolTree — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and the overall design — is the property of Shruchin ToolTree or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The names "Shruchin ToolTree", the Shruchin ToolTree logo, and the tagline "One Tree. Infinite Tools." are trademarks of Shruchin ToolTree. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

6.2 Your Content

You retain full ownership of any content (images, text, files, etc.) you process with our tools. Because processing happens entirely in your browser, we never see, store or claim any rights to your content.

7. Third-Party Content and Advertisements

The Service may display third-party advertisements or link to third-party websites. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, products, services or practices of any third parties. Your interactions with third-party advertisers or websites are solely between you and that third party.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, or availability.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free
• The results obtained from using any tool will be accurate, reliable, or meet your requirements
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected
• The Service will be available in your location at all times

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Shruchin ToolTree, its owners, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from or through the Service
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you have paid us in the past twelve (12) months (which, given that the Service is free, is zero).

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Shruchin ToolTree and its owners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights

11. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuation.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the Service.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Shruchin ToolTree concerning the Service.
